These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://ico.betacoin.info (the “Platform”), including your participation in any BetaCoin token presale, ICO, private sale, token distribution, promotional campaign, or related service made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, connecting a digital wallet, purchasing or receiving BET tokens, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Platform or participate in any BetaCoin token sale.

1. Definitions

• “BetaCoin,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operator of the BetaCoin project and the Platform.
• “BET” or “Token” refers to the BetaCoin cryptographic token offered or distributed through the Platform.
• “Participant,” “user,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.
• “Token Sale” includes any presale, ICO round, private sale, promotional sale, bonus campaign, or other BET distribution event.
• “Wallet” means a compatible third-party digital asset wallet controlled by the Participant.
• “Digital Assets” means cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, tokens, and other blockchain-based assets accepted through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may access the Platform and participate in the Token Sale only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of a person located in a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction.
5. You are not subject to economic, financial, trade, or other applicable sanctions.
6. You are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person, prohibited entity, or undisclosed third party.
7. The funds and Digital Assets you use are lawfully owned and are not derived from criminal or unlawful activity.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform where participation may violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, compliance requirements, or these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, password, two-factor authentication codes, connected Wallet, private keys, recovery phrases, and any device used to access the Platform.

You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account or any other security incident.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials, phishing attacks, malware, unauthorized access, lost private keys, lost recovery phrases, or failure to secure your account or Wallet.

4. Token Sale Participation

The Token Sale may be divided into several stages, rounds, or categories. Each stage may have its own price, duration, allocation, minimum purchase amount, maximum purchase amount, bonus, eligibility requirement, and other conditions.

The applicable price, allocation, dates, and conditions displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.

A Token Sale stage may end before its scheduled closing date if the allocated token supply is fully sold. We may also extend, postpone, suspend, modify, or cancel a stage where reasonably necessary for technical, legal, security, compliance, or operational reasons.

5. Purchase Process

To purchase BET tokens, you may be required to:

1. Create and verify a Platform account.
2. Complete any required identity or compliance checks.
3. Connect a compatible Wallet or provide a valid Wallet address.
4. Select an accepted payment method or Digital Asset.
5. Transfer the required payment amount to the designated address or contract.
6. Pay all applicable blockchain network and transaction fees.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you use the correct blockchain network, payment token, destination address, Wallet address, and transaction details.

Payments sent through an unsupported blockchain network, incorrect token contract, incorrect Wallet address, or incorrect destination address may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.

6. Token Price and Exchange Rates

BET token prices may vary between Token Sale stages. Where payment is made using a cryptocurrency or Digital Asset, the amount payable may be calculated using exchange rates obtained from third-party market data providers.

Exchange rates may change rapidly. The final amount of BET credited to your account may be based on the rate recorded or confirmed by the Platform at the relevant transaction time.

We do not guarantee that Platform exchange rates will be identical to rates displayed by any exchange, wallet provider, data provider, or third-party website.

7. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction has been submitted or confirmed on a blockchain network, it may not be possible to cancel, reverse, modify, or recover it.

Transaction confirmation times may vary depending on network congestion, gas fees, validator activity, third-party service availability, and other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays, failed transactions, network congestion, forks, smart contract errors caused by unsupported interaction, third-party wallet issues, or blockchain network failures outside our reasonable control.

8. Token Allocation and Delivery

Purchased BET tokens may initially be displayed in your Platform account balance before they are distributed or claimed on-chain.

Token delivery may occur immediately, after transaction verification, during a scheduled distribution event, through a claim function, or according to a vesting or lock-up schedule disclosed on the Platform.

A balance displayed in the Platform dashboard does not necessarily mean that the corresponding tokens have already been transferred to your Wallet on-chain.

You are responsible for providing a valid and compatible Wallet address and for importing the official BET token contract into your Wallet where necessary.

9. No Refunds

Except where expressly required by applicable law, all Token Sale purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

• Changes in market price or market conditions.
• Failure to understand the Token Sale terms.
• Payments sent through an incorrect or unsupported network.
• Payments sent to an incorrect address.
• Incorrect Wallet addresses provided by the Participant.
• Loss of Wallet access, private keys, or recovery phrases.
• Blockchain transaction fees or third-party service charges.
• Failure to complete required identity or compliance checks.
• Violation of these Terms.

Where a refund is required by law or approved by us in exceptional circumstances, network fees, processing fees, exchange-rate differences, and third-party charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

10. KYC, AML, and Compliance Checks

We may require identity verification, address verification, source-of-funds information, source-of-wealth information, sanctions screening, or other compliance checks before or after permitting participation in the Token Sale.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and supporting documents when requested.

We may suspend or reject a purchase, restrict an account, delay token distribution, request further documentation, or report suspicious activity where required by applicable law or compliance obligations.

Providing false, misleading, forged, incomplete, or outdated information may result in account suspension, termination, or loss of eligibility to participate.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Create multiple accounts to obtain unauthorized bonuses or benefits.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, crawlers, or unauthorized software.
• Attempt to manipulate Token Sale prices, allocations, balances, or rewards.
• Interfere with the Platform, servers, databases, security systems, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, Wallet, or system.
• Use stolen funds, stolen payment methods, or unlawfully obtained Digital Assets.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Circumvent geographic, sanctions, account, or compliance restrictions.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or technical faults.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.

We may reverse unauthorized internal credits, cancel bonuses, restrict accounts, suspend participation, or take other reasonable action where prohibited activity is detected.

12. Multiple Accounts and Abuse

Unless expressly authorized by us, each Participant may maintain only one account.

Accounts associated with the same person, device, Wallet, payment source, identity, IP pattern, or abusive activity may be reviewed, restricted, suspended, or closed.

Bonuses, rewards, referrals, or promotional tokens obtained through duplicate, fraudulent, or coordinated accounts may be cancelled.

13. Token Utility

BET is intended to function as a cryptographic token within the BetaCoin ecosystem and related services described in the official project materials.

Unless expressly stated in legally binding documentation, BET does not represent:

• Equity or ownership in any company or legal entity.
• A share, security, bond, debt instrument, or investment contract.
• A right to dividends, profits, revenue, or interest.
• A guaranteed right to vote or participate in management.
• A bank deposit, electronic money account, or insured financial product.

Token classification may differ between jurisdictions. You are responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, financial, and regulatory advice before participating.

14. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, financial, trading, or other professional advice.

Any information regarding token price, potential utility, roadmap, exchange listing, partnerships, development plans, projections, or future features is provided for general informational purposes only.

You must conduct your own research and consult qualified professional advisers before making any decision involving BET or other Digital Assets.

15. No Guaranteed Returns

We do not guarantee that BET will increase in value, maintain any particular price, become tradable, be listed on any exchange, have sufficient liquidity, or generate any profit or return.

Statements regarding future listings, adoption, development, partnerships, functionality, or market performance are forward-looking and may change or fail to occur.

16. Risk Disclosure

Purchasing, holding, transferring, or using BET involves significant risk, including:

• Loss of some or all of the amount paid.
• Extreme price volatility.
• Limited or unavailable liquidity.
• Failure to obtain exchange listings.
• Regulatory or legal changes.
• Technology, software, or smart contract failures.
• Cyberattacks, phishing, hacking, malware, or theft.
• Blockchain congestion, forks, outages, or protocol changes.
• Loss of private keys, passwords, recovery phrases, or Wallet access.
• Project delays, modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.
• Dependence on third-party providers and infrastructure.
• Tax obligations or reporting requirements.

You should participate only with funds that you can afford to lose entirely.

17. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party wallets, blockchain networks, payment providers, analytics services, authentication services, exchanges, market data providers, or websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, performance, policies, fees, or conduct of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

18. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including trademarks, logos, graphics, software, interfaces, text, designs, databases, documentation, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to BetaCoin unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse-engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission.

19. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, Wallet, or network.

We may perform maintenance, updates, security changes, upgrades, migrations, or temporary suspensions without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

20. Modifications to the Project or Token Sale

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify:

• Token Sale dates and durations.
• Stage allocations and purchase limits.
• Accepted payment methods.
• Bonuses and promotional campaigns.
• Technical features and Platform functionality.
• Distribution, vesting, or claim procedures.
• Roadmap items and development priorities.

Material changes may be announced through the Platform or official BetaCoin communication channels.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access where we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms.
• Your account presents a security or fraud risk.
• Your activity may violate applicable law or sanctions.
• You failed to complete required verification.
• Your transactions require investigation.
• Suspension is necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

Suspension or termination does not affect rights, liabilities, or obligations that arose before the effective date of suspension or termination.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, Token Sale, BET tokens, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and uninterrupted operation.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetaCoin and its operators, developers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, Digital Assets, Wallet access, private keys, or anticipated savings arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Participation in the Token Sale.
• Changes in BET value.
• Blockchain or smart contract activity.
• Third-party services.
• Unauthorized account or Wallet access.
• Regulatory action or legal changes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetaCoin and its operators, developers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.
• False or misleading information provided by you.
• Your failure to comply with tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.

25. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax, reporting, withholding, declaration, or payment obligations arising from your purchase, receipt, holding, transfer, sale, or use of BET.

We do not provide tax advice and are not responsible for your personal tax obligations.

26. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Platform will be processed in accordance with the applicable BetaCoin Privacy Policy and relevant legal obligations.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be publicly visible and permanently recorded.

27. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive notices, account messages, security alerts, transaction information, and other communications electronically through the Platform or the email address associated with your account.

Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, security, operational, or project-related changes.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform together with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

30. No Waiver

Failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

31. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or operational change, subject to applicable law.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Token Sale information, and any additional policies displayed on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetaCoin concerning use of the Platform.

33. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the BetaCoin Platform, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection or legal rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
